The Durham City-County Planning Department has officially stamped the site plan for BAG and Company—the anchor building for Brightwood Homestead.

This is more than a permit. This is a pathway.

The Vision

Brightwood Homestead: 43 units of permanently affordable housing on a Community Land Trust. Phase 0 is the foundation—generating revenue, proving the model, and building the infrastructure backbone for the homes that follow.
