[RE]VOLUTION STARTS HERE!
Durham’s Downtown district was once renowned amongst ALL its residents for its culture, food, and music scene. It served as a social hub for people of all races and ethnicities. BAG & COMPANY is utilizing Recity Network’s event space in the heart of downtown Durham to revitalize Durham’s social scene through social interconnectivity and equity. Our membership program will identify committed supporters and generate monthly income to fund our plan for a network of entrepreneurs, businesses, and social initiatives aimed at creating an equitable and thriving downtown.
We believe that [re]volution starts with the sharing of ideas, resources, and experiences among a population's strongest creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Our group, BAG & COMPANY, is incorporating food and vibes to all-day networking sprints! These sessions are all about bringing people together to connect and collaborate.
We're kicking things off on Juneteenth in Durham, which is special because it celebrates the same freedom and the revolutionary spirit that built this city. It will be an amazing way to honor the community's history and build strong connections for the future.

Join us on Juneteenth at our Networking Sprint for an affordable yet upscale, catered brunch experience. Enjoy southern classics, sip mimosas, while Bull City’s own DJ Professor X curates day party vibes!
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Group Dialogue
Join other like minded individuals in one of our cozy meeting spaces. Briefly introduce yourself, what you do and join a candid discussion on what an equitable and thriving downtown Durham looks like!
4:00 PM - Until: Happy Hour
Conclude this wonderful day with a happy hour featuring drinks, appetizers, and entertainment from local jazz ensemble: Symbiosis
